Helping you break mental barriers and build positive habits- through coaching, care, and psychological support tailored to your needs.

“Be like water. Follow the flow, even it twirls you around, it will bring you where you have to go” - Skylarr Beek, Founder Therapy Without Walls

Our Beginning

We started Therapy Without Walls because many people don’t feel comfortable in traditional office settings—where talking about challenges can sometimes feel intimidating, isolating, or even judgmental. Often, the focus leans more toward what’s “wrong” rather than what’s strong and possible.

That’s why we believe in breaking free from those walls—both literally and figuratively. Reconnecting with nature, spending time with animals, skating, swimming, dancing, enjoying music, stretching, and simply having fun can create the space to breathe, think clearly, and begin building positive new habits.

Our approach is practical, positive, and flexible. We offer one-on-one and group coaching and support sessions tailored to help you overcome challenges and develop skills that fit your unique life.

Whether you’re an NDIS participant or someone seeking therapeutic support or coaching, we’re here to help you thrive—outside the walls of a traditional office.

Our Mission

At Therapy Without Walls, we believe everyone has the ability to develop healthier coping skills and transform their habits. After all, our habits are the silent architects of our lives. Our mission is to support you in discovering positive habits you enjoy and can maintain—helping you create a sustainable program that becomes a natural part of your lifestyle. This leads to lasting improvements in your health, mindset, and personal goals.

“Helping you achieve the best version of yourself through a unique kind of therapy.”

Sk8ing no H8ing is a philosophy/program ran by Skylarr. It’s where her initial idea of combining activities with coaching started. She is a passionate roller-skater and noticed that skating has a huge impact on the mental health. She has seen the positive effects of rollerskating/skating and how it increases confidence and self-esteem.
